As a vice president, Lindsay is responsible for all aspects of the administration department including human resources, accounting, office management and IT. During her many years with Coates Kokes, Lindsay has had the opportunity to work closely with nearly every department of the agency making her a versatile member of the Coates Kokes team.

Karen Christofferson, Office ManagerKaren began her career in 1988 as a Receptionist and Account Coordinator for Coates Advertising and Public Relations. After two, she went on to work as an Executive Assistant for the Metro Regional Government. In 2007, through an amazing turn of events, she rejoined the team at Coates Kokes as Office Manager. Among other accounting-type duties, making sure the beer fridge is amply stocked and CK staff has enough paperclips and pens is her top priority.

Courtney Doss, Account CoordinatorCourtney joined our team in June, two weeks after graduating from the University of Oregon. As Account Coordinator, she is often referred to as the go-to girl because of the diversity of her responsibilities. She assists the PR and account teams with organization and idea generation, researches new business opportunities, dips into social media, helps with general office admin, and is exploring her new found voice-over talent. When out of the office, Courtney enjoys surfing and collecting sand, stopping by mom and dad’s for homemade cookies, and playing with her two bloodhound pups, Lola and Tango.
